Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We stand behind each one of our products. Returns are always accepted within 30 days of purchase. Past the 30 days if you are experiencing issues with your product please contact us and we will do our best to work with you. You may still submit a return request past 30 days but the best way would be to contact us directly: [email protected] 

Returns do not apply on the following items:

1) Items that show obvious signs of use (this will be determined according to our discretion)

2) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

3) Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are not returnable. However, we encourage you to purchase them as they are amazing once in a lifetime deals!


Refunds:

- Please remember you have up to 10 days to return your package to our warehouse to be eligible for Refund. After this period, additional fees may apply.

- Once we receive your package, we will proceed to check if the goods come in perfect conditions along with its original labels. Please allow 10 business days for this process to be done and for you to receive an email with the details about your refund.

a) If your payment was made by Credit or Debit Card please allow 1 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your Balance. (This delay depends on your bank's time process, some may take more days than others).

b) If you made your payment through PayPal, your refund might be reflected in no more than 7 business days in your account.

* In case that the goods you return come in bad conditions, used or without labels, we will let you know and will ask you to pay for the shipping costs back to your address, and no refund will be done.

Shipping:

To return your product, please send us an email at [email protected] with "returns" in the subject box. We will instruct you further from there.


Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return and you may contact him/her to receive the gift card.
